I’ve been wanting to do a jack-o-lantern head shoot for ages. I saw an image years ago that just enraptured me and I finally had an opportunity to do it.

And really, who better to collaborate with than Veronica, my good friend and model extraordinaire in Seattle?

I love how this came out. Of course the flame is a practical effect/in camera. The lighting and location were just perfect, and it was a huge success all around. I’m excited to take a few of the other images and try some photoshop magic to add some extra pizzazz.
