Today we explored Rosecrans Fort Memorial and Ocean Beach Pier.
The former we went to because the Point Loma lighttower was closed due to a goverment shutdown, and this was the closest area of interst. The latter we went to because it’s the longest concrete pier on the West coast and we wanted to check it out.
Both were notable stops and touching in their own ways.
